Reservation Policies

Minimum Reservation. All Collection reservations require a minimum booking of two (2) consecutive hours.

Events extending beyond the reserved Collection duration are billed at $150 per additional hour, subject to availability.

For events located more than 150 miles from our home service area, a four (4) hour minimum reservation is required. Additional travel accommodations or transportation fees may apply based on destination.

Reservations scheduled on major holidays are billed at a special rate of $400 per hour, with a two (2) hour minimum reservation.

To ensure exceptional service from our Concierge Team, a 20% service gratuity is automatically added to all reservations.

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your reservation date. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume tobacco products.
