WRITTEN DEBIT AUTHORIZATIONS MUST PROVIDE THAT THE RECEIVER MAY REVOKE THE AUTHORIZATION ONLY BY NOTIFYING THE ORIGINATOR IN THE MANNER SPECIFIED IN THE AUTHORIZATION. ALL MEMBERS WILL BE CHARGED AN INITIAL PAYMENT WHEN FIRST ENROLLED, AND PAYMENTS FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH WILL ALWAYS BE PROCESSED ON THE 28TH OF EACH MONTH.
